Who owns Davids?
We are one of the few family owned and operated oral care brands. Both our family and our business are located in the Temecula Valley in Southern California.
What is Hydroxi™?
Hydroxi™ is Davids proprietary blend of nano hydroxyapatite (nHA) with carefully selected naturally sourced and naturally derived ingredients designed to provide superior enamel repair, sensitivity relief, whitening and overall oral health.

Where do you get your nano hydroxyapatite?
We only use nanoXIM from Fluidinova in our Hydroxi™ w/ nano hydroxyapatite oral care product line. This includes our expanding floss.
We chose nanoXIM specifically for their use of food grade raw materials, patented manufacturing process, and certifications including ISO 9001, REACH, NATRUE, and approval from the SCCS in the European Union.
What is Davids proXL floss made from?
Davids Hydroxi™ proXL expanding floss is made from 250 polyester filaminets infused with nano hydroxyapatite, microcrystalline vegan wax, essential oils, and cocoa butter.
This combination provides a smooth and gentle action, and a thickness that is ideal for most patients. The unique expanding design increases surface area as you use it to grab more plaque and debris.
Does Davids floss contain PTFE (teflon) or other PFAS?
No. Davids floss is PTFE and PFAS free.
Can I sell Davids products in my practice?

How do I place an order?
Ordering is easy.

Davids Dental Pros website is not for regular consumers, but for dental professionals who want to use Davids in their practice or place of work.
Prices are only visible when you are logged into your account. If you have created an account and logged in but are still having trouble viewing the prices, please contact us at info@davids-usa.com
What is the verification process and how long does it take?
When you create your account and submit your information, we manually look it over to verify your information.
This process usually happened within 1-2 business days. If it has been more than 2 days and you are not able to order please let us know at info@davids-usa.com
Do you provide samples?
For dental pros who would like to ry out our products before placing a larger order, please contact us directly at sales@davids-usa.com.
When will my order arrive?
Orders are typically packaged and shipped within 3 business days. Shipping on most orders will take an additional 2-5 business days on average to arrive.
Do you offer any sample size products or goody bags?
We are currently working on expanding the offerings for dental pros and this includes sample sizes of our products. This is also based on demand, so if there is a product you would like to see us carry in our shop, please let us know here.
Can I request a product or make a suggestion?
Yes! We love hearing from dental professionals, and we are always open to new products or suggestions. We are currently working on expanding our store as well, so it is very helpful to know what to prioritize.

Are Davids products safe for all ages?
Yes. Davids oral care products are safe for children, teens, adults, and seniors.
Do you ship outside of the USA?
No, we do not currently offer shipping to dental offices outside the USA.
